Pearl is an adorable one year old Boston with congenital abnormalities in her knees who came into rescue from County Shelter as a medical case requiring bilateral luxating patella correction and a cherry eye repair.  Under the care of a watchful foster family, she came through her surgery with flying colors and was adopted into their home!
