Peggy Sue was left at a park in Casa Grande and found herself with animal control. When we pulled her from the shelter, she had a very big ugly mass on her right thigh. Our vet also determined that there were at least two mammary growths as well as her having kidney issues. So we had Peggy's growths removed and she has been put on prescription dog food. There are many good things to say about this sweet senior girl who has been coming out of her shell since she has been in a foster home. She gets along with other dogs and is learning all about snuggling. Peggy Sue's masses were biopsied and it was very surprising to the vet and us that all growths were benign. We are hoping for many good days to come for Peggy Sue.
